Smart Q is the smart mobile queue platform for SME merchants. Smart Q allows service-based merchants like clinics, salons and nail parlours to handle appointments as well as merchants who need to handle walk-in queues.
Customers start by scanning a QR code or clicking an URL on the merchant’s website. Fill up a simple health declaration form, select an appointment date and time slot to complete their appointment. The customer will receive a URL via SMS/ Whatsapp to verify their mobile number.
Appointment holders will receive a reminder for their appointment on the day itself. When they arrive at the outlet, they just need to provide their mobile number to the staff to verify and be attended immediately.
For walk-in queues, customers will join the queue and be alerted when their turn is coming up next. That way, the customer does not need to be crowding around the outlet to wait for their turn.
